Martin & Sons Blasting Division is a full service drilling & blasting
company focused on project cost, time, quality, and safety with customer
satisfaction as our primary objective. We achieve these goals by being a highly
mobile workforce using time tested High Explosives methods and the newest
explosive technologies such as Nonex Pyrotechnic Breaking Capsules nearly
eliminating noise, vibration, and fly rock issues.

| The use of these products
also allows C.L. Martin & Sons to quickly start projects due to less
stringent permitting, transportation, and storage requirements; often we have
FedEx deliver Nonex PBC's when we are ready to use them. We are also able to
transport up to 1000LBS without placards or specified routes. C.L. Martin &
Sons also offers expanding grout services and hand breaking for smaller and
more sensitive projects.

While Hi-Ex mass excavation and quarry shots are
not beyond our capabilities, we are centered on the construction and
residential sectors that are often under-served because of availability, scale,
and cost constraints faced while contracting larger drill & blast
companies. Additionally, C.L. Martin & Sons is non union which translates
to lower payroll expenses and ultimately lower costs to the client.
